The Ritmo Easylife Butt Welder uses the same practical design as the Ritmo Basic, but may employs an electric hydraulic gear-case to automate the welding process. Once the operators have confirmed the welding parameters, they need only to acknowledge the work phases by pushing a button. The gear case will make pressure adjustments during the weld phase if required.

The easy life system has built in data logging capabilities that can store up to 4000 welds, which can be downloaded to a USB drive. The width of the jaws makes it easier to weld fittings such as stub flanges and elbows, and the fourth jaw can be removed for intricate spool fabrication.
